Hello! I'm Yvonne Mosley, also known as "The AI Whisperer" for hospital executives. With over 14 years of experience in healthcare quality and patient safety, I’m passionate about leveraging advanced technologies like AI and wearable devices to transform healthcare, ensuring safer, more efficient, and equitable outcomes for all.

• Healthcare Quality & Safety: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), and Certified Professional for Patient Safety (CPPS).
• AI & Wearable Devices: Specializing in how AI and wearable tech can mitigate the impact of social determinants of health on clinical outcomes.
• Leadership & Strategy: Proven track record in managing large-scale initiatives across 36 hospitals, with a focus on rural and critical access hospitals.

As "The AI Whisperer," I currently serve as a Program Manager at an association foundation, where I oversee quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across the state. My role involves providing technical assistance to hospitals, particularly in rural areas, helping them harness evidence best practices to enhance their performance and patient care standards.

My doctoral research focuses on how AI and wearable devices can reduce the negative effects of social determinants of health on patient outcomes. This work aligns with my broader goal of driving innovation in healthcare to better serve diverse populations.

Beyond my professional life, I’m an Army veteran, a licensed real estate broker, published author, researcher and a proud single mother. I am also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. My experiences have shaped me into a strategic thinker who values trust, integrity, and the power of innovation.
